- 2Continuous weight transferLocked · Sin duración
- 3Forward and backward basicLocked · Sin duración
This introduction to zouk focuses on walking, transferring weight and sharing a direction. The progression keeps the head neutral and excludes backbends, deep leans and head movements. The aim is an understandable foundation rather than a spectacular pattern. Style: Brazilian zouk. Estimated practice duration: 113 min. Audience: New zouk dancers and people arriving from other social dances. Prerequisites: No other dance style is required. Keep every exercise within a comfortable range without forcing joints. Learning objectives and outcomes: • Recognise the slow-quick-quick cadence. • Coordinate travel and connection without rigidity. • Link the basic and lateral in a compact sequence.
