Cookies and Local Storage Policy
Version 1.0 · Applicable from October 24, 2026
Version 1.0 · Last updated: October 23, 2026. Effective upon publication.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by a website in a browser. Equivalent technologies, such as local or session storage, may also support authentication, navigation and certain preferences.
2. Technologies required to provide the service
RCSkills provides user authentication and session management, access-permission checks and navigation preferences. These functions may use cookies or other technical identifiers, depending on the browser and service providers concerned. Where storage is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user, prior consent may not be required under Article 22(2) of Spain’s Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).
3. Analytics, advertising and other purposes
If RCSkills introduces technologies that are not strictly necessary to analyse platform use, personalise advertising or track users, it will request valid consent before activating them. Accept and reject options will be displayed with equal prominence, and users will be able to change their preferences easily.
4. Third-party services
The platform relies on authentication, payment and content playback tools, including Supabase, Stripe and Mux. Whether a particular service uses cookies or other local storage mechanisms depends on its active components and the transaction or operation requested by the user.
5. Managing local technologies
Users may view, delete or block cookies through their browser settings. Disabling indispensable technologies may prevent users from signing in, maintaining authentication or playing restricted-access content.
If RCSkills uses technologies requiring consent, it will provide an option to change or withdraw that consent without requiring users to block the entire website.
6. Privacy and contact
Use of these technologies and any associated personal data processing is also governed by the RCSkills Privacy Policy. Questions on data protection may be sent to privacidad@rcskills.com, and technical support requests to soporte@rcskills.com.
7. Policy updates
This policy will be updated when providers or technologies, their purposes or applicable legal requirements change. Users will be informed of relevant changes and further consent will be sought where necessary.
