Frequently asked questions

Each course is organised into modules and video lessons, in Spanish and English.

Your progress is saved automatically, and in “My courses” you can continue from your last lesson.

Create a free account, open the course and select “Start course”.

In the catalogue you can filter by “Access: Free”. Preview lessons can be watched without an account.

Some courses are included in the instructor's own subscription, with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual periods. The course page shows the price and what it includes before you pay.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. In “My payments and memberships” you can view your subscriptions and cancel them at the end of the period.

During the beta, payments run in test mode (TEST): no real charges are made.

If you don't remember your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page.

Create your account, open “I want to teach on RCSkills”, complete your profile and submit the application.

Teachers and academies use the same type of account. The RCSkills team reviews every application.

In “Manage courses” you create the course, its modules and lessons, and upload the videos.

Then you submit it for review; once it is approved, you can publish it.

In “Payments” › “Stripe account” you start Stripe onboarding, where you verify your identity and bank account.
